How it works
Donation-first, disposal last
Every pickup follows the same order: donate what is usable, recycle what is recyclable, dispose of only what remains. Your Loaders assess the piece on site and route it accordingly.
What donates well
- Couches and chairs with no major tears, stains, or broken frames
- Solid wood dressers, tables, desks, and bookshelves
- Complete dining sets and bed frames with hardware
What usually cannot be donated
- Mattresses in most regions, which go to recycling instead where programs exist
- Damaged particleboard furniture
- Heavily soiled or pet-damaged upholstery
Donation acceptance is decided by the receiving center, not by us, so it cannot be guaranteed in advance. Either way, the item leaves your home on the day you book.
