Terms of service
These terms govern bookings made through Furniture Disposal Plus. They cover pricing, scheduling, access requirements, items we cannot transport, and cancellations. Booking a pickup constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Service and pricing
Prices shown at booking are based on the items and details you provide. If the items on site differ materially from the booking, the price may be adjusted and you will be informed before work proceeds.
Access
You are responsible for ensuring the items are accessible at the scheduled window. For no-contact pickups, items must be reachable without entering a locked area unless arrangements are noted in the booking.
Items we cannot transport
Hazardous materials, full propane tanks, fuels, liquids, and items requiring un-performed utility disconnection cannot be transported.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule before your pickup window through your booking confirmation. Cancellations after a team is dispatched may incur a trip fee.
Donation and disposal
Usable items are offered for donation where practical, subject to acceptance by receiving organizations. Donation cannot be guaranteed. Remaining items are recycled or disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
Liability
Loaders take reasonable care in your home. Claims regarding property damage must be reported promptly through the contact page so they can be reviewed.
Entity
Service is provided under Furniture Disposal Plus, a brand of LoadUp Technologies, LLC, Alpharetta, Georgia. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
